Most new, unopened physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and product details before sending a return. We will provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
We cover return shipping when an incorrect or defective item results from our error. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Digital books and videos
Downloaded digital files are generally nonreturnable. Contact us if you encounter an unresolved file or access problem or a duplicate charge. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution, including a refund where appropriate. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
