Physical products

Amazon book purchases
Buttons marked Buy on Amazon take you to Amazon to purchase physical books. Those purchases are processed and fulfilled through Amazon and are subject to the terms, pricing, delivery, and return policies displayed there.
Digital purchases
Digital books are PDF files and instructional videos are MP4 files. Sign in to the account used for your order to access downloads. Each digital product permits up to 3 downloads within 30 days of access being granted. See Digital Download Help for assistance.
Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright. Do not redistribute, resell, or upload copyrighted content for public access without the rights holder’s permission.
